We cannot guarantee they will function exactly as demonstrated with new updates, third-party components, plugins, or web browsers. You may be responsible for purchasing additional plugins in order for our themes and templates to work properly.

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify our template, theme, and product pricing on this website with or without notice.

Refunds & Payment Collection

Due to the nature of Our services, templates, and digital products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

Delivery of Services

Nicola Marrison Creative will use reasonable diligence in the development of your design and endeavor to deliver to your final materials within the specified timeframe. You acknowledge, however, that this is a participatory effort and timelines are estimates that are subject to timely feedback from you and any other third-parties as requested.

System Access

You acknowledge and agree to grant Nicola Marrison Creative with access to accounts and systems as requested in order for the project to commence. This includes, but is not limited to, Showit, WordPress, My Real Page or IDX Broker Dashboard and Follow Up Boss (or other CRM).

Artistic Release

You have spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing our portfolio at https://nicolamarrison.com/portfolio and work to obtain a reasonable expectation that Nicola Marrison Creative will perform your project in a similar manner and style, unless otherwise discussed. However, you understand and agree that: 

1. Every client is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs;
2. IDX features, customization, and compatibility varies depending on the IDX Provider and authorizations determined by your Real Estate Board.
3. Nicola Marrison Creative uses artistic and technical judgement for each design project, which may not include strict adherence to Client’s suggestions;
4. Dissatisfaction with Nicola Marrison Creative's aesthetic judgement or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of your project or request of any monies returned.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation of Services.  Please provide a minimum of 14 days notice if you need to cancel your IDX Integration entirely for any reason to receive a refund to the original method of payment. Cancellations made within this timeframe are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. 

Rescheduling. We get it, life happens. Use the reschedule link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email to change the date of your IDX Integration. Please provide a minimum of 7 days notice to reschedule without penalty.
